Anton Esterhuizen and cleint with exceptional Impala
Daily rates include:
  1. Services of a Namibian licensed professional hunter
  2. Trophy hunting permit
  3. Use of a fully equip hunting vehicle in the hunting area
  4. Initial field preparation of trophies
  5. Services of camp staff, skinners, drivers and trackers
  6. Accommodation, meals, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages in moderation
  7. Daily laundry service
Daily rates exclude:
  1. Trophy fees to be paid on all animals killed or wounded and lost
  2. Dipping, Pack and shipping of trophies
  3. Leopard baiting
  4. Firearm import/export permits
  5. Rental of firearms
  6. Namibian government 15% value added tax (VAT) on daily rate, (VAT is not charged on trophies, which are exported)
  7. Any hotel stays before or after the safari
  8. Ground transfer to and from Hosea Kutako International airport in Namibia
  9. Transport to other areas on the clients request
  10. Telephone, fax and e-mail services
  11. Travel insurance and medical expenses of any kind
  12. Gratuities if warranted
  13. All airfare
Bookings, reservations and payment:
  1. A safari with Estreux Safaris is only booked and confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the total daily rate for the entire duration of the safari have been received as well as a signed safari contract.
  2. The balance of the safari i.e. the daily fees, trophy fees, government VAT and fees for other services are calculated on completion of the safari before departure.
  3. All payments are to be made in United States dollars (US$)
  4. Only bank drafts, traveller cheques and cash will be accepted.
  5. No credit cards or personal cheques will be accepted at the end of the safari.

Cancellations:
  1. If a safari is cancelled more than 180 days prior to the agreed commencement date, the down payment less expenses incurred will be refunded.
  2. If a safari is cancelled within 180 days prior to date of commencement, no portion of the safari down payment shall be refunded.
  3. Full deposits can be carried forward for a safari to a later date - when re-booked for the following year; the new price list will be applicable.
  4. We strongly suggest purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
Other conditions:
  1. The client is obliged to notify the outfitter timely of any special health conditions before arrival.
  2. Although Estreux Safaris will take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety, well being and satisfaction of you our valued client, we strongly recommend that each client should arrange their own travel and accident insurance, as Estreux Safaris cannot accept any liability for injuries to person and/or damage to equipment
  3. Plains game hunts - minimum 7-10 days
  4. Leopard hunts - minimum 14 days
